Attunement with Life
A playful approach to self-inquiry through the lens of Gene Keys and Tibetan Pulsing. You do not need to learn either system to participate in this attunement. You can simply be inspired and play with what comes up as your experience. We are gathering to mirror ourselves in the people, the sharing and the silence of this moment. All topics, personal, spiritual, worldly or otherworldly are welcome.

Slowing down and pausing into a relaxed atmosphere of contemplation. Adima and Sudeva tune into the cosmic background frequencies of the day of Tibetan Pulsing and the practical wisdom of the Gene Key of the Week. Tibetan Pulsing and gene Keys are each complete in themselves and also form a rich synthesis, which supports embodiment of wisdom and deepens understanding of how you are ticking.

The art of listening is central to this. Listening to our bodies, entering communion with our organs and other body parts. Listening to each other deepens true and fulfilling connectedness.
