Contemplation and Embodiment
Insight through the art of listening. These gatherings give an opportunity for a playful approach of bringing high insight and self-inquiry into the body and down to earth. 
We are mirroring each other, sharing presence in words and silence in the moment. The sharing may happen through the lens of wisdom maps. You do not need to learn any technique or system to participate in this. You can simply be inspired or drawn to be there and play with what comes up.

Usually in the beginning Adima and Sudeva tune the cosmic background frequencies of the day (from the Tibetan Pulsing) with sound of voice and music. The wisdom of the Gene Key of the Week and how it all blends together flows into this attunement. And - saying it again - you do not need to learn these techniques to receive insight into yourself.

The art of listening is central to the meeting. So is confidentiality and sharing from open heart and mind. Listening to our bodies, listening to each other invites and deepens intimate connectedness. We'll journey inside with the forgotten language of talking to the body and mind.
